"Always Something to Play"
I’ve had a easy time finding games whenever I feel like playing. Whether I’m just killing a few minutes or settling in for a longer session, there always seems to be something available. It’s nice not having to wait around or wonder if I’ll actually find a game to jump into.

"Quick pickup when I was in a rush"
I ordered a game for local pickup and was feeling a bit pressured for time, so I was hoping it wouldn’t turn into a whole thing. Luckily, I got the ready message quickly, and when I went in, it was already set to go. The staff were friendly, and I was in and out in about 2 minutes. Super easy experience, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Easy to deal with and great communication"
I had a quick question before placing my order and they replied fast, which was a nice surprise. The messages were clear, friendly, and straight to the point, no weird back-and-forth or waiting around forever. I was actually making coffee at the time and forgot I’d even sent the message, then the reply came through before I’d finished it. They also kept me updated after I bought, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. Overall it just made the whole thing really easy. I’d happily use theboardgamer.com.au again.

"Finally, “In Stock” Actually Meant In Stock"
I’d been hunting down this game for a while, i’m so used to sites saying something is in stock only to get that annoying “oops, actually it’s backordered” email later. So I checked here, saw it was available, and figured I’d take the chance. And guess what? It was actually in stock. Shocking concept, right? The order went through easily, it shipped without any drama, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down or wait around for bad news. Such a simple thing, but at this point, it feels like a win.

My order from The Board Gamer arrived in really good condition. The box was sturdy and the game had plenty of padding around it, so everything came through without any dents or crushed corners. Nothing flashy, just really well packed. I was pleased with it and would happily order from them again...

I had a small issue with my order, but they got back to me fairly quickly, I think sooner than I expected. They were really easy to deal with and sorted everything out without making it a hassle. "Good prices and no fuss"
Picked up a couple of board games from The Board Gamer the prices were better than most other places I’d looked at. Shipping seemed fair too, not like they were trying to make extra off it or anything. Everything showed up in good shape and was packed well enough. For what I paid, I’m really happy with it. There’s just something about it that felt easy and straightforward, so I’d definitely use them again next time I’m after a game.

"Took a Bit, But They Fixed It"
I had an issue with my delivery, and I felt like it was fair to chase it up since I’d been waiting and needed to know what was going on. It took a few emails back and forth with support, so it wasn’t exactly smooth, but they did eventually sort it out. Not a perfect experience, but in the end they handled it and I got what I needed.

I’ve ordered from here twice now… or maybe the first one was a bit earlier than I’m remembering, but either way both orders showed up when they were supposed to and the packaging was totally fine. Nothing exciting to report, which is a good thing. No dramas at all...

They had a decent range overall, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, a few of my usual favourites weren’t there, which was a bit disappointing, typical when you actually go looking for them, right? Still, I found a few other things to try, so it wasn’t a wasted trip
